ONLINE REGISTRATION

Note: This semester registration will be done online. Each student will login > select courses > calculate fees > validate registration and then print summary.

** Make sure that you choose courses that you skipped in the previous semesters before choosing courses that are programmed for your current. You will not be allowed to jump courses anymore! Again! Ensure that you Carefully Review the Timetable before printing the registration sheet and going the appointed Registration Person(s) in your Faculty. This will make the process faster and smoother for you. Registration Steps:

  • Step 1:  Check courses you have skipped
  • Step 2:  List and verify courses you are supposed to take this Semester
  • Step 3:  Check timetable posted online
  • Step 4:  Based on the above, identify courses you are required to take
  • Step 5:  Go online – to your account (“box”) and carefully select the courses and groups
  • Step 6: Once everything is okay Validate and get a printout of your Registered Courses.
  • Step 7: Take the copies of the Registration Forms (3 copies for self-sponsored students and 4 copies for FARG students) to the Faculty representative in the appointed rooms (below) for verification. If approved, the Registration Form will be stamped by the Faculty representative (in the same room)
  • Step 8: Go to the bank and pay the amount indicated on the Registration Form (if self-sponsored)
  • Step 9: Go to the Finance Office and submit your Registration Forms together with the Bank Slip (and receipt from Student Association of 2000 RWF)
  • Step 10: After 2 days go back to the Student Association Office and collect your stamped copy of the Registration Form (make sure the Forms has 3 Stamps – Faculty, Registrar and Accounts Stamps)

Registration Room Allocation:

  • Business Administration Students will register in Rooms 105
  • IT Students in Room 203
  • Education Students in the Faculty of Education Office
  • Theology Students in the Faculty of Theology Office
